Today's band was rather pathetic. Most of the sec 3s are having cip and many sec 1s and 2s are having choral night rehearsal. When we fall in, there was only about 20+ people... By the time we started playing, there was about 30+ people so we moved in front instead of seating in 4 rows.
People were like 'Jiayou, Silei!' which didn't help much. I was totally lost during the first movement of 'First Suite in Eb' from the middle to the end. The second movement of the song was almost as bad. Miss Chong went 'Come on horn, play louder. Don't be shy!' Like I could even play when I didn't know where we were!!! Sigh...
The rest was quite ok even though I was spluttering quite a lot. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, then we were released early as we had nothing to play. Went with huizhen, sherlyn, charlotte, and joy to coro and waited more then 1/2 hour for our baked cheese rice to arrive. Maybe I'm exaggerating...
Announcements/Reminders for my fellow section mates who abandoned me:
- Sectionals on tues, call 高爸爸. (for cheryl) Is it the correct 高?
- Tues must hand in consent form for Japan trip.
- Supposed to wash and oil our instruments soon, I have no idea how to wash, so once again, for cheryl.
I think that's all...
